Illustrated in black and white monotone and line with large folding map in colour
Written in the field, the author laments the lack of access to European libraries but believes this is more tham compensated by the exceptional opportunities to collate the monumental and textual evidence to be found in Egypt relating to the Libyans, his travels in the Libyan desert and Marmarica and his participation in the Nubian Archaeological Survey during the year in which the great "C Group" cemetry at Dakkah was excavated.
Even with a number of museum stamps this is still a fine book.
