Conditions of Sale Wadard Books is a trading name for Matthew Finch Design Consultants Limited hereinafter shown as (Wadard MFDC).
We want you to order books from our on-line listings and be completely satisfied with your purchase. We endeavour to despatch within 24 hours.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation via email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Guarantee All books offered by us on-line are guaranteed to be in good condition and complete unless otherwise specified. Any defects or faults are fully and fairly described.
Pricing All prices are net in Pounds Sterling. Postage and packing is extra at cost. This site is totally secure for transactions by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Sterling Cheques.
If you prefer you can mail, telephone or email your details. Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until payment is completed in full. Cards will be processed by us in sterling which for other currencies can lead to minor variations between your receipt and card statements depending on currency fluctuations prevailing. Deferred billing is available for institutions at our discretion.
All orders are VAT free.
Returns You may return books for any reason. All we ask is that you notify us within three days of receipt and return within seven days by the same method in which they were despatched. It is a condition of return that you accept liability for any loss or damage in transit and cover postage costs in both directions. Should we be at fault postages will be refunded in full. Processing costs for credit card purchases may also be deducted at our discretion.
Privacy Policy Customer information provided to facilitate orders will under no circumstances be shared with any third party. Information stored by us will be strictly for the purposes of facilitating future business and will be removed should you so request.
